Solæ is a font shaped by the movement of planets, stars, and cosmic trajectories. Solæ is a revival inspired by the historic Romain du Roi, the typeface commissioned by the Louis XIV, the Sun King (Roi Soleil) himself, from whom the name Solæ is inspired. Solæ features thousands of meticulously designed ligatures and alternate forms, making it a versatile tool for editorial layouts, titles, posters, visual identities, and beyond. The Light style is accompanied by a Rotalic version: a 9° rotated design that echoes orbital movement and offers a distinctive alternative to traditional italics.
